who we are

This policy covers the Maai® family of websites: maaiservices.com, maaidesigns.com, maaileads.com, maaiagents.com, maaimachines.com, askmoco.com, and 2555ventures.com. They are run by 2555 Ventures LLC, operating as Maai® Designs and MOCO™, in Savannah, Georgia. If you have a question about anything on this page, email connor@maaidesigns.com.

what we collect, and only this

We collect what you type into a form on one of our sites, and nothing beyond it.

• The newsletter. Your email address, and which of our sites you signed up from.
• Ask a question. The question you send, your email address, and whether you ticked the box to get the newsletter too.
• Coffee hours. Your name, your email address, the business you run or work for, the question you are working on, whether you would rather meet one-on-one or in a group, the morning times that suit you, and whether you ticked the box to get the newsletter too.
• Site measurement. Some of our sites use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages get read. That tool collects things like the pages you open, roughly where you are, and what kind of device you are on. It uses cookies to do this. It does not see anything you type into a form. Google explains what it collects in Google's privacy policy.

who holds it

Three companies handle the information on our behalf, and no one else receives it.

• Resend sends our email and keeps the subscriber list. Resend's privacy policy.
• Upstash stores what you send through the question and coffee hours forms. Upstash's privacy policy.
• Vercel hosts the sites. Vercel's privacy policy.

what we will not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share it with advertisers.
• We do not send you anything you did not ask for.
• Every newsletter email carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

seeing, fixing, or deleting what we hold

Email connor@maaidesigns.com and ask. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We reply within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

Georgia does not have a comprehensive state privacy law today. Some states and countries give their residents these rights by law. We honor requests the same way for everyone, wherever you live. This is our practice, not a certification under any particular law.

how long we keep it

Newsletter records stay until you unsubscribe. Question and coffee hours submissions stay while the conversation is live, and we delete them when you ask.

children

Our sites are written for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

changes

The date at the top of this page changes when the policy does. If a change matters to you, we say so in the newsletter.
